Edward “Buddy” Tower was a metal machinist his whole life. He could make or repair anything metal. 5 metal lathes in this auction along with a variety of presses, drills, and so much more. Friday, July 8th auction will include 7 collector tractors, farm equipment, pickups and cars. Saturday, July 9th will be Mr. Tower’s shop and home, more tools and metal than you can imagine, boats, pickups and cars.


Friday July 8th

From Exit 100 overpass in Marshfield follow Hwy. W approx. 4 miles to auction site.

Tract 1: 20 ± acres with equipment building. Property has 350 ± foot state Hwy. W frontage. Gently sloped to nearly level. Only 5 ± miles to I-44. Property is appox. 75% open, balance of land and mature trees. Also selling 7 collector tractors, farm equipment, pickups and cars.

Tracts 2 (Sells at the Hwy. W location at 10:30am): Follow E. Washington St. from center of square in Marshfield. E. Washington becomes Hwy. DD to Goldenrod Ln., turn north to sale site. Watch for signs. 5 ± acres with 160 ± footage of Goldenrod Ln. 95% acres wooded.

Saturday, July 9th

From Exit 100 at I-44 follow E. Hwy. 38 (turns into Jackson St.) to center of city square in Marshfield, turn east on Washington St. to 112 N. Vine St., corner of Vine and E. Washington. Watch for signs.

Tract 3: 250×93 ± corner lot. Large, mature trees. House #1 with basement and large attic. This home is older and will need extensive repair. House #2 600 ± sq. ft. built in approx. 1970.

Tract 4: Small lot on lake located on Hwy. DD at Lake of the Ozarks.
