Case Real Estate
Our Story
Willis Case founded the Case Auction Company in 1939 and expanded it by offering brokerage real estate services in 1944. In 1970 his son, Hoover Case, joined as a partner. In 2004, Hoover Case and his wife, Susan, assumed the management reins of The Case Company. For years, Susan acted as Broker, leading the company to new horizons in the real estate division while Hoover continued to expand the Farm/Land Real Estate Services, along with the Cattle and Purebred Auction divisions. After Susan's passing in 2021, dedicated REALTOR®, Cheryl Busch, assumed the Broker role. Today, Cheryl Busch leads our team, as we continue to be the local, trusted connection for those buying and selling in southwest Missouri.
At Case Real Estate, we have been helping people buy and sell properties for 80 years! Our success is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
