Willis Case (1909 - 2004) founded the Case Auction Company in 1939.
It began what became a lifetime career of specializing in auction services in the Ozarks and Southern Missouri. In 1944, the company expanded into brokering real estate.
In 1970, Willis' son Hoover, joined as partner in the company.
Hoover's love of purebred livestock auctions added yet another dimension to the company.
